I’m waiting to see results
Each morning I take 1 table spoon size shot of your oil. What remains in the shot glass I smear on my bald scalp and temple to soften and remove brown spots known as Seborrheic Keratosis.
I just started taking it 4 days ago. So I can’t give any real details yet. But I am starting off with 1 table spoon in the morning. The taste is OK, but I do know it already is making me feel more energized so that is very good.
See some results . Still waiting to loose a few pounds. Taking 1 tablespoon in the morning and using in cooking.
I mix mine with a big spoonful of peanut butter and put it on rye toast! Tastes better and I’m getting my protein too!
