1. Consistency is key.

2. If you mix it with water…
We recommend adding 1 scoop to 8-10 ounces of lukewarm water. This helps ensure a silky smooth, creamy texture. (And you can always add ice to chill your shake!)
3. If you mix it with something else…
We recommend opting for something sugar-free and dairy-free, like coconut or hemp milk. This way, no additional sugars or hard-to-digest dairy can sabotage the essential nutrients ProPlant has to offer.
